Description

Ready-to-use, thin-layer putty for coating/smoothing walls and ceilings in indoor and outdoor environments. Fine, smooth texture. Manual application. Examples of application: repairing cracks; tears and dents; smoothing textured/embossed substrates; renovating old substrates; closing wood pores; leveling and preparing the surface to receive the final decorative finish.

Properties


Paste with good workability, easy to smooth and sand. It has good adhesion to the support and does not roll when applied; it allows an extremely fine, smooth and resistant finish, applied manually, with a stainless steel metal spatula/sandpaper. White color.


Composition


Paste composed of organic binders, selected fine mineral fillers and specific additives, in an aqueous medium.

Rough concrete masonry, cementitious plaster and plaster.


Application instructions



  • AVOID APPLYING ON SUPPORTS THAT ARE HOT, PERMANENTLY HUMID OR WET.
  • AVOID APPLICATION IN PERIODS OF HEAT AND INTENSE SUN EXPOSURE (ABOVE 30ºC) AND COLD PERIODS (BELOW 5ºC);
  • WHEN APPLYING, TIGHTEN THE PASTE;
  • RESPECT THE EXPANSION JOINTS;
  • READY TO USE PASTE PRODUCT;
  • HOMOGENIZE THE PRODUCT BEFORE STARTING THE APPLICATION;
  • PROCEED WITH PREPARING THE SUPPORT;
  • SURFACE BUSBAR:

    • FILL CRACKS, HOLES AND RELIEFS BEFORE. ALLOW TO DRY.
    WITH ROLLER AND METAL SPATULA: APPLY THE PASTE WITH ROLLER IN A VERTICAL DIRECTION. SMOOTH WITH THE METAL SPATULA.
    WITH METAL SPATULA: APPLY THE PASTE IN A VERTICAL DIRECTION FROM BOTTOM TO TOP, UNIFORMLY.
    THE THICKNESS OF THE LAYER MUST NOT EXCEED 2MM. A 2ND LAYER CAN BE APPLIED AS SOON AS THE 1ST IS DRY.

    AFTER APPLICATION AND WITH THE COATING DRY, PROCEED TO SAND THE SURFACE TO REMOVE IMPERFECTIONS (180/220 GRIT SANDPAPER). DURING THIS SANDING OPERATION, AVOID INHALING THE RESULTING DUST. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE A MASK, GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE GLASSES.

    APPLY A REGULATORY PRIMER AND PROCEED WITH FINAL PAINTING.

    CLEAN THE TOOLS WITH WATER.
