Conflict Arbitration Centers

In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:

The Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs publishes the list of Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entities that were communicated to the European Commission, under the terms of paragraph 2 of article 17 of Law no. 144/2015 of September 8, amended by Decree-Law no. 102/2017 of August 23.
