3. Website content/ Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this website, including graphics, images, logos, videos, among others, are the property of PRIMEFIX and are therefore strictly reserved and protected under copyright law as well as intellectual and industrial property rights, and their plagiarism or use by unauthorized persons or entities is prohibited.
4.Order request/quotation/budget
The “ cart ” icon displayed at the top of the website only represents the sum of the types of products in a pre-order to be processed later by PRIMEFIX or a request for a quote/budget. This transaction is not assigned any commercial value or currency, and is merely an indicator of a commercial and not a financial transaction. This transaction will be forwarded to the department responsible for this purpose, depending on the type of transaction, which will channel it for due processing, evaluation, delivery or dispatch.
All orders confirmed and accepted by Primefix will be processed electronically, generating an order note and confirmed with the customer by email or telephone.
5. Non-acceptance of the order
Primefix reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer, in the following cases:
- a) Out of stock;
- b) Unavailability of the Product;
- c) If Primefix considers that there is misconduct on the part of the buyer or any inconsistency in the personal data registered.
6.Returns
Product returns are accepted, subject to prior written authorization, within fifteen days of the date of dispatch (delivery note or transport guide or invoice – whichever is issued first) and accompanied by the respective document proving the purchase.
In the case of refunds for returns, the costs of transitioning the product or others will be borne by the Customer.
When receiving the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the condition of the material received and to record any anomalies in the appropriate documents.
Packaging in poor condition (damaged, dirty or crushed) or packaging with specially tuned colours or special manufacturing cannot be returned under any circumstances.
7. Errors and omissions
All information provided on the website is reviewed regularly. Errors or omissions may occasionally occur and, if this occurs, PRIMEFIX will correct them as soon as they are identified.
8. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors and, whenever these occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to return it under the terms of point 6.
