DATA PROTECTION POLICY

We hereby inform interested parties that in order to satisfy the requirements of Regulation EU 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), of 27/4, and with the aim of protecting the rights of personal data holders, PRIMEFIX – Colas e Argamassas Técnicas, Lda, has implemented a Personal Data Protection Management System.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PRIMEFIX-Colas e Argamassas Técnicas, is a person who is aware and informed of its legal obligations and is committed to protecting the Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees of Personal Data Holders, thus complying with the legislation in force, namely with regard to the Processing of Personal Data - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, which establishes the rules regarding the protection, processing and free movement of personal data of individuals and which applies directly to all entities that process such data, in any Member State of the European Union, namely Portugal.

The purpose of this communication is to make it known that, with regard to the processing of personal data, PRIMEFIX-Colas e Argamassas Técnicas, Lda, complies with the provisions of the data protection legislation in force at any given time, namely those arising from the aforementioned Regulation.

Depending on the means of collection and the purpose of its processing, we collect the following personal data: Name, company, profession/position, email address, telephone/mobile number, country, address and date of incorporation/anniversary.

1. Collection and Processing of personal data : on the PRIMEFIX website, personal data is only collected when data subjects activate the “Checkout/Order confirmation/information request” service.

In compliance with the GDPR, it is clarified that PRIMEFIX collects the personal data mentioned below for the following purpose:

Name, company, email address, address : to send a proposal or request for information and, if you are a customer, to register your order so that you can follow up on this request.

Profession/position: to adapt the information sent, whether it is a professional or just a general consumer.

Telephone/mobile number: to clarify doubts or confirm the order

Country: there must be a differentiation of differentiating internal procedures, such as language, location, type of products used and already loyal customers.

Date of incorporation/anniversary: to reach the client with a personalized celebration.

2. Social Networks: Through social networks, PRIMEFIX may request additional personal data, such as telephone numbers, emails, etc., in order to respond to contacts received through this channel. This data is intended solely and exclusively to respond more effectively and without any errors in the loss of information to the questions posed. Therefore, the holder(s) of the personal data: Expressly acknowledge(s) that PRIMEFIX-Colas e Argamassas Técnicas, Lda, for management purposes and other purposes permitted by law, will collect and hold personal data relating to your entity, and you are granted the right to access this information under the applicable legal terms.

3. Training : PRIMEFIX periodically provides training for customers, professionals and other interested parties, both at its headquarters and outside of the headquarters. In order to achieve this objective, it collects personal data, which allows it to maintain direct contact with data subjects. This data will be kept until your request for removal or for the period stipulated for the closure of the action in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

4. Commercial visits and prospecting : Primefix, in its commercial activity, visits clients and potential clients, carrying out the necessary prospecting for this purpose. These visits include attendance at events, fairs, universities, national and international conferences.

In these actions, data is collected by the sales team and will only be kept until your removal request.

5. Image: In its training activities, visits to clients on site and others, PRIMEFIX collects various photographs and videos. These collected images and videos will only be used after the consent of their owners for due disclosure on its social networks, catalogues, pamphlets and other commercial, technical and training activities that require these elements.

6. Transmission of data to Third Parties: The partnership relationship between PRIMEFIX-Colas e Argamassas Técnicas and its customers, while it is ongoing and there are accounting elements associated with them, will presuppose that they authorize the processing and storage of personal data in digital or physical form, before, during or after the term of the contract and deadlines arising from compliance with the law. Current consent to the use of data is exclusively intended for currently existing national and international business partnership relationships, and such data will be considered confidential outside the scope designated above, and PRIMEFIX will not transmit such personal data to Third Parties, except within the scope of compliance with legal obligations. Should these Entities request any personal data, they will be given in writing.

Rights and duties of Data Subjects:

Data Holders may at any time consult and access the data stored by PRIMEFIX, update or delete them, if permitted by law, revoke them, request their portability, thus exercising their right to data protection and privacy, under the terms and conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation and additional legislation applicable in the Country in which the right is exercised.

Security Measures in data protection:

All data collected is subject to the data protection measures in force within the company, guaranteed through security software and licensed operating systems and in accordance with Internal Procedure PG03/10 “Document Management”, in order to protect the personal data collected and stored from improper use or unlawful processing.

For all due purposes and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Legislation on Data Protection and Privacy, PRIMEFIX reserves the right to change or readjust the current Privacy Policy, whenever justified, and these changes will be duly communicated through the channels mentioned above. This document cancels and replaces all previous ones (see date indicated at the bottom of the page).
